Jupiter, 01/20/03, 0500UT, 8"LX200 f20, MX7C

This is my first attempt at imaging Jupiter with my MX7C.  Seeing was not the greatest the evening this was taken.  Individual exposures were .13 sec taken in hiresfast mode.  50 interations of Van Cittert deconvolution were applied in AIP4WIN to bring out detail.  The image scale was .4 arcsec/pixel so the image is a little undersampled.  Optimum sampling with the 8" LX200 is .25 arcsec/pix.  The two moons  to the left of Jupiter are Ganymede (closest to the planet) and Europa.
