This image of NGC 2903 was taken from my backyard observatory in
Ocean Springs, MS. It is a well known and bright galaxy that is
often imaged. This image was taken during a breezy night with
rather poor seeing. Its a stack of (26) 480sec Star 2000 guided exposures
for an effective exposure time of 104min. Resolution is approx 2.6
arc sec/pixel which definately was not high res but was required due to
the breezy conditions and rather poor seeing. Processing was done
with AIP4WIN, Astroart, and Photoshop.
The 16th mag dwarf galaxy UGC 5086 is also seen on the left hand side of the image.
